Add clients

This guide explains how to add a new client in Consult.

Permissions required

Only users with the Manage projects permission as part of their role can access this feature.

If you can access Manage > Clients in the top navigation, you already have the required permissions.

Adding a new client

  1. From the top navigation bar, go to Manage > Clients.
    The clients overview page displays all existing clients.
  2. Click New client in the top-right corner of the page.
  3. Complete the form with the following information:
    1. Name: Enter the client's name.
    2. Account Lead: Select the responsible account lead from the dropdown.
    3. Payment Terms: Choose the default payment term.
    4. Client Code: Enter a short code identifier for the client.
  4. Click Create to add the client.

You'll be redirected to the client's profile page, where you can update additional details if needed.
